Primary Target Areas

On-site and local IT project development.  Our primary geographical target area is Los Angeles and Orange Counties in Southern California, USA.

Secondary Target Areas

Remote IT project development.  Client may reside anywhere within all North American, South American, European, Australian, or Asian developed or developing countries.  Client may not reside in dictatorship countries such as Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, or North Korea.

Pay

Commission Only.  You must have enough assets, liquid cash, and other means to financially sustain your living expenses.

About ECC Corp

ECC Corp. has provided a full range of software engineering consulting services including corporate application development, software engineering, database programming, systems architecture design, and total system solutions since its establishment in 1992.

Our primary objective is to acquire and consummate IT consulting contracts with our current and future corporate-America clients. Our secondary objective is to acquire and consummate IT consulting contracts for REMOTE development.  Our services include:

·         Corporate software engineering.

·         Database design, development, architecture, and administration (“DBA”).

·         IT team and project management.

·         Interim management of a company or department.

·         Interim chief information officer.

·         Enterprise resource planning (ERP).

·         Customer relationship management (CRM).

IT Sales and Business Development Requirements

• Must have 2 to 5 years strong front-line professional experience in sales and marketing.
• Must be able to work at least 37.5 hours per week, with 7.5 hours per day minimum.
•  
• Must have excellent communications and people skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a sense of urgency, dedication, and persistence.
• Must be able to quickly assemble himself (or herself) and approach prospective clients swiftly, without procrastination or delay.
• Must be able to multi-task in people interactions.
• Must be able to learn quickly and handle ambiguity.
• Must be able to think creatively, analytically, and strategically.
•  
• Must have the capability and competence in IT industry to support the practice of co-creation of value with current and future ECC Corp clients and other business partners.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft®, Oracle®, and Sun Microsystems® software and database products.
• Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft® Word and Excel.

• Must show the ability in identifying or creating consulting opportunities in IT industry.
• Must be able to bring technical and analytical knowledge to bear on business development.
• Must be able to enjoy and have fun with sales and business development activities.
• Must have positive attitude, self confidence, and be self motivated.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree.  An MBA degree is a plus.

• Must think of him (or her) as self-employed.  Experience in Business Development is a plus.
• Must be able to listen and respond to clients.
• Must be able to build client relationships.
• Must be a risk-taker in investing time and efforts in building relationships with clients.
• Must understand clients’ IT technical, business needs, and operations.

IT Sales and Business Development Description

• Finding profitable opportunities in business networks to deploy ECC Corp Sr. consultants.
• Developing, increasing, and maintaining business partnerships with clients.
• Providing support for new consulting agreements.
• Recognizing and responding to client needs.
• Maintaining ethics, integrity, confidence, and legality of business conducts with full transparency.
• Must become very familiar with our current and future Sr. consultants’ expertise, experiences, and education.
• Must be a creative thinker.
• Must follow up with current and future clients, develop and maintain partnership, propose and introduce ECC Corp Sr. consultants, and initiate deals. Maintain knowledge of the IT industry and of the market, provide direction and strategy, and indentify opportunities through responsibility for (a) profit and costs, (b) activities in business networks, (c) involvement in day-to-day operations, and (d) participation in contract negotiations by communicating and traveling to clients and providing internal support.
