Disclosures
1. Ben Yashar is the only employee of ECC Corp.
2. All others, including ECC Corp senior consultants, are sub-contractors
and they will be paid on contractual basis.
3. ECC Corp senior consultants have signed ECC Corp Consultant Agreement
upon joining ECC Corp (See
Page 31 of ECC Corp
2009 Interim Report).
4. ECC Corp SVP of Sales and Business Development have signed ECC Corp Sales
Business Development
Agreement (See Page 39 of ECC Corp
2009 Interim Report).
5. Signing the Consultant Agreement serves several purposes. We
resolve and agree on ECC Corp consulting
regulations and terms ahead of time. When our clients need us, we will
be all on the same side focused on helping our clients.
